Avanos Evi Boutique House

Avanos Evi with its own stone terrace overlooking Cappadocia's famous landscape and the Red River is unique. It is furnished with Cappadocia antiques and handmade objects that convey simple elegance and a personal touch. Decorated with colorful carpets and kilims that are peculiar to the Cappadocia area.

The house features vaulted ceilings, spacious rooms, and fully equipped kitchen. The house has two bedrooms one with double and the other with two twin beds that can allow privacy, by closing the doors. These are divided from a large salon with a fireplace, and a separate, fully equipped kitchen and living room with a fireplace and a satellite TV in the front part of the courtyard, which is front open Cappadocian landscape, Red River, mountain and nature.

Policy on children staying with parents:
Children 0-6 years sharing parents' room are free. Room and meals
Children between 7-12 are paying 50%

Cancellation Policy:

The cancellation policy is as follows:

- cancellations made one month before the date of arrival incur no cancellation charges

- cancellations made four to two weeks prior to arrival incur 30% cancellation charges

- cancellations made 14 to three days prior to arrival incur 50% cancellation charges

- cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to arrival, or in the case no-shows, incur a one-night charge.
