Caring For The Customer
The "caring for the customer" rating is an aggregate score for the five parameters we survey (Service of Staff, Quality of Information, Overall Experience, Safety/Organization and Overall Impression/ Value for money). There must be a minimum of 3 traveller ratings we can average before we display a rating for the tour. We also age traveller ratings and discard any that are over twelve months old.
You will be picked up from your hotel in Cappadocia.
We do provide free pick up from the bus stations of the following towns; Nevsehir, Urgup, Goreme, Avanos and Uchisar.
There will be an additional cost for airport pick up.
Please contact us for the pick up fees from Nevsehir Kapadokya Airport and Kayseri Erkilet Airports.
- 50% of payment is required on the day of booking.
- You will be issued with a tour voucher that you must present at the beginning of the tour.
- Rest payment will be charged from your credit card on the tour day.
