The hotel, centrally located in the village of Goreme, is a convenient walking distance from the Goreme Bus Terminal. It is in the old section of the village just behind the Roman Tomb. It has a total of 12 centrally heated rooms out of which some are cave rooms. The hotel terrace provides a wonderful view over Goreme.

After checking out the guests can leave their luggage in the luggage room for free of charge and can still use the hotel facilities except the rooms.
Children 0 - 10 years sharing parents' room are free. Room and meals
Children between 11 - 15 are 50% discounted, children above 15 are considered as adults.
The cancellation policy is as follows:
- cancellations made one month before the date of arrival incur no cancellation charges
- cancellations made four to two weeks prior to arrival incur 30% cancellation charges
- cancellations made 14 to three days prior to arrival incur 50% cancellation charges
- cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to arrival, or in the case no-shows, incur a one-night charge.
The hotel is closing for winter season from the 1st. of November until the 1st of March.
