The hotel has an Art Atelier, where both amateur and professional artists can enjoy expressing their artistic talents in picture painting, pottery, textile and wood design paintings. Art classes are also offered.
Karlik Evi sponsors an art festival annually in June. Artists specializing in various mediums gather here for eight days and produce pieces of art that are often inspired by the picturesque surroundings of this region. The event is a perfect opportunity for artist to get new inspiration as well as meet other artists to share their work and exchange artistic views.

The cancellation policy is as follows:
- cancellations made one month before the date of arrival incur no cancellation charges
- cancellations made four to two weeks prior to arrival incur 30% cancellation charges
- cancellations made 14 to three days prior to arrival incur 50% cancellation charges
- cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to arrival, or in the case no-shows, incur a one-night charge.
