Lale Saray is a friendly and comfortable boutique hotel set in a quiet neighborhood of Uchisar Old Town. Rooms, the restaurant and especially the terrace have a splendid view over the valleys of Cappadocia. The hotel has 14 rooms, ten of which ten are built with local stones while four are set into cave dwellings. The cave rooms are typical for Cappadocia. However, they do not have a good view. All other rooms are well-decorated, clean and offer amazing views.

- Children newborn to six years old, sharing the parents' room, can stay free.
- Children between 7 and 12 years old pay 50% of the adult room rate.
- Children over 12 years old are considered adults and pay full rate.
The cancellation policy is as the followings:
- cancellations made one month before the date of arrival incur no cancellation charges
- cancellations made four to two weeks prior to arrival incur 50% cancellation charges
- cancellations made less than 2 weeks prior to arrival, or in the case no-shows, incur a one-night charge.
