Monastery Cave Hotel is the name of an exquisitely restored 13 room cave house opened in 1968. The hotel is located near Urgup in Mustafapasa Village which was called as Sinasos.
Part of the Mnastery Cave Hotel was used by Christian monks until the 19th century. That is why the hotel called as Monastery Pansion. Some of the rooms were actually monk and priest cells. The characteristic feature of the cave rooms makes you feel cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Volcanic rock called "tufa" is perfect insulation material which keeps the temperature between 15 - 20 degrees Celsius all year around.

Cancellation Policy:
The cancellation policy is as follows:
- cancellations made one month before the date of arrival incur no cancellation charges
- cancellations made four to two weeks prior to arrival incur 30% cancellation charges
- cancellations made 14 to three days prior to arrival incur 50% cancellation charges
- cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to arrival, or in the case no-shows, incur a one-night charge.
