The Village Cave Hotel

This small yet unique hotel has only six rooms, and all the facilities are carved out of volcanic rock typical to Cappadocia. The owner of the hotel, Halim Oz, who is the grandchild of the previous owner, was born in the hotel, which used to be his house!
