Yildiz Hotel, which used to be a typical Turkish house in Urgup, was turned in 1989 into a small family hotel with a lovely garden where breakfast is served on sunny days. The hotel has 19 standard rooms and three suites (all with private bathroom). There is also an indoor restaurant with a fireplace.

The cancellation policy is as follows:
- cancellations made one month before the date of arrival incur no cancellation charges
- cancellations made four to two weeks prior to arrival incur 30% cancellation charges
- cancellations made 14 to three days prior to arrival incur 50% cancellation charges
- cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to arrival, or in the case no-shows, incur a one-night charge.
