Late check-outs are possible, subject to availability of rooms. Guests are requested to contact the reception, upon arrival, for assistance.
Accommodation is free for children up to 6 years sharing the room with their parents. Children between 7 and 12 years, meanwhile, get 50% discount. Children over 12 years are considered adults and charged the full rate.
The cancellation policy is as follows:
- cancellations made one month before the date of arrival incur no cancellation charges
- cancellations made four to two weeks prior to arrival incur 30% cancellation charges
- cancellations made 14 to three days prior to arrival incur 50% cancellation charges
- cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to arrival, or in the case no-shows, incur a one-night charge.
